When a user pastes KakaoTalk or LINE conversation text, the service sends the text to a large language model (LLM) to analyze patterns, frequency, and emotional tone. If you attach an image such as a chat screenshot, a Vision model extracts the text and context for analysis. Based on the results, your own dedicated host continues the conversation with advice tailored to your situation.

⚠️2. Accuracy Limitations

Numbers such as reunion probability, conversation temperature, and gaslighting index are statistical estimates derived from pattern analysis of submitted text and images. These figures do not predict the future or perfectly reflect another person's emotions. The same conversation may be interpreted differently based on context, culture, and individual differences, and the service makes no guarantee of accuracy.

🔒3. Privacy Protection

Uploaded conversation text and images are used solely to process your analysis request and are deleted from our servers immediately after analysis is complete. We do not collect personally identifiable information (name, contact details, etc.), and session IDs are stored only in your browser's local storage. Payment information is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified); the service does not store card details directly.

🗑️5. Data Deletion Policy

The service permanently deletes uploaded conversations and images immediately after analysis is complete. Your data is never used for model training. Payment records are retained for up to 5 years as required by applicable law, then permanently deleted. Any statistical data is processed only in non-identifiable, aggregated form.
