Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms establish the conditions and procedures for using the AI-based relationship counseling service provided by Midnight AI Counselor (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Service.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following features:

• AI-based chat conversation analysis
• Relationship counseling and advice
• Conversation pattern analysis and emotion interpretation
• Paid in-depth analysis service

Article 3 (Service Usage)

1. The Service may be used by users aged 14 or older. 2. Users may use the Service by agreeing to these terms. 3. The Service provides AI-based analysis results, which are for reference purposes only.

Article 4 (Paid Services)

1. Payment for paid services is processed securely through Stripe. 2. Service is provided immediately after payment completion, and refunds may be limited due to the nature of digital content. 3. Full refunds are provided if service is not delivered due to service errors.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. Analysis results provided by the Service are reference information based on AI algorithms and do not replace professional psychological counseling or legal advice. 2. Users are responsible for decisions made based on Service analysis results. 3. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of analysis results.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Uploading others' conversations without permission
• Misusing the Service or using it for fraudulent purposes
• Interfering with normal Service operations

Article 7 (Terms Changes)

The Service may change terms when necessary, and changed terms become effective through announcement within the Service.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Interpretation and dispute resolution of these terms shall follow Korean law, and the competent court shall be the court at the location of the service provider.
