Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI-based love and relationship counseling and related services provided by LoveSignal (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Service.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following features:

• AI-based love and relationship counseling conversations (including memory of prior context)
• Counseling via text, voice, and image input
• Conversation analysis and counseling features (some features are available on the web)
• LoveSignal Plus membership (paid subscription)

Article 3 (Account and Use)

1. The Service may be used by users aged 14 or older. 2. Users may sign in with an Apple or Google account, or use certain features without signing in (anonymously). 3. Users use the Service by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Membership and Payment)

1. LoveSignal Plus is a paid subscription, and payment is securely processed through Stripe. 2. The subscription automatically renews periodically through your payment method, and you may cancel anytime before the next renewal. 3. Even after cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing period. 4. Due to the nature of digital content and applicable laws and payment-platform policies, refunds may be limited; your statutory rights remain unaffected. 5. If the Service is not provided due to our error, appropriate compensation or a refund will be provided.

Article 5 (Disclaimer and Safety Notice)

1. Responses generated by the Service’s AI are for reference only and do not replace professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. 2. In situations of emotional crisis, risk of self-harm or suicide, or emergencies, do not rely on this Service; instead, immediately contact a local emergency service or a professional helpline (e.g., a suicide prevention hotline). 3. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI responses, and users are responsible for decisions made based on them.

Article 6 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

• Entering or uploading others’ personal information or conversations without permission
• Using the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe the rights of others
• Interfering with normal operation of the Service, or attempting reverse engineering or automated/abnormal access
• Using the Service to harm or threaten others

Article 7 (Intellectual Property and User Content)

Rights in the Service and related brands and content belong to the Service provider. Content you enter is processed within the scope of providing and improving the Service; specific processing, storage, and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The Service may change its content or temporarily suspend the Service as operationally or technically necessary, and will provide advance notice for material changes.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Service may change these Terms when necessary, and changed Terms become effective through announcement within the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
