Midnight AI Counselor (the "Service") collects only minimal personal information:

• Automatically collected: Anonymous session ID (randomly generated)
• During payment: Payment information via Stripe (Service does not store card information directly)
• During analysis: Uploaded conversation content (deleted immediately after analysis)

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing AI-based conversation analysis service
• Payment processing and service usage record management
• Service improvement and statistical analysis (de-identified)

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Conversation content: Deleted from server immediately upon analysis completion. The Service does not store user conversation content. Payment information: Retained for 5 years as required by law, then deleted. Session information: Stored only in browser local storage, not on Service servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

The Service does not share user personal information with third parties in principle. However, the following cases are exceptions:

• When user has given prior consent
• When required by law
• Stripe for payment processing (payment information only)

5. Security Measures

The Service implements the following security measures:

• SSL/TLS encrypted communication
• Immediate deletion after conversation analysis
• No payment information storage (delegated to Stripe)
• Minimized access permissions

6. User Rights

Users may exercise the following rights:

• Request to view personal information
• Request to correct or delete personal information
• Request to stop personal information processing

Rights can be exercised through inquiries within the Service.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The Service uses Google Analytics to collect service usage statistics. This is aggregated data that does not identify individuals and is used only for service improvement purposes.
